What is a valid Program Signup!

A Valid Per Program Signup (PPS) is valid when a customer
purchases a membership on our Live Cam Sites with any of our payment options.

A free sign up is when a surfer signs up for a free members account with his email.
We do not pay for free signup accounts. But as soon as the free member purchases
any of our payment options he becomes a valid PPS.
